Whelk coppers tearoom is a family run business of 30 years on the beach front in a seaside town in Sheringham. The building itself is panelled Indian teak originated from a Royal Navy frigate in Calcutta and our gates are designed by Walt Disney.
We offer a varied selection of cakes and treats which cover all types of allergies as well as our main food menu which offer alternatives if needed. We cater for Vegetarians, Vegan, Gluten free and dairy free intolerances which is hard to come by. If you want to enjoy some delicious food in the sun with great atmosphere this is the place to be!
For the dogs – We have free dog treats in our porch as well as water bowls and we also sell Pooch’s branded dog biscuits.
As per all listings on Dog Friendly Norfolk, we accept well behaved dogs.

a week agoLunch on a windy Sunday, we were shown to a perfect table, next to an open window, looking out to sea. Great ambience, excellent friendly service, first class food. More than this, a really good tearoom experience, looking forward to our next visit.
