2 months agoWaterloo Park is a lovely place for a walk with its well maintained pathways and flowerbeds. It is beautiful here. Such a nice view while you stop off at the cafe for a good hearty breakfast or just a hot drink. This is a dog friendly cafe so expect some noise on the occasion

4 months agoBrilliant cafe in the heart of Waterloo Park. Staff are very attentive and the food is very good. The decor of the cafe is unusual, especially the sunflowers on the ceiling. It's a great place to unwind after a long walk around the park. I had a fruit scone, which was an 9 out of 10, plus an black coffee, which was again of a high standard and well worth the wait.

3 months agoA fabulous facility for people, good food and drinks at reasonable prices in a clean well spaced cafe with lovely staff and clean fresh toilets. A GEM! found this whilst walking as my car being serviced locally, an Oasis in the middle of an urban residential area. FAB!

3 weeks agoHi, nice cafe to look at and the idea is brilliant. However, I was very shocked at the price of things. There were very limited options available and we opted for the toasties as they were lower in price. It was £9.50 for a ham and cheese toasty. Now for this price I expect a side salad, chips and crisps. However, it came simple as a toasty with nothing else (on shop bought bread not even fresh bread). You could pay an additional £1 for side salad and £3 for wedges on the side. I think the price is far too high and I’ve worked in restaurants and not cheap restaurants. The toasty was ok, I couldn’t fault it but would rave about it either. For a can of coke it was £1.60, again quite high! We also waited 45 minutes from ordering 3 toasties for them to arrive. It’s a lovely place it take children though, but you need a small fortune to feed a family.

7 months agoJust the perfect location and the missing link the complete the amenities in Waterloo park. The is really good though the wait can be a bit long at times but worth it as the place is cozy and homey. You can just spend time just doing nothing and enjoy their delicious sausage rolls or cheese cone match with their hot drinks. It was a delight spending an afternoon tea in this place.
