Super dog welcoming 2 bed brick and flint Victoria Cottage is down a quiet loke In Happisburgh.  We would describe ourselves as a luxury cottage for humans and dogs alike.

We aim to delight our human guests with every comfort for their stay including the best Egyptian cotton linens, feather duvets and pillows and British pocket sprung mattresses on the beds, a new fitted kitchen with Denby crockery and le cruseut cookware. There is a large 4 seater leather sofa and cosy wood burning fire, smart tv and 900mb broadband.

There are 2 dogs beds in the cottage and plenty more in the cottage shed. We have a fully enclosed garden for your dogs, provide all the things you would expect, crates, stairgate, ramp, towels, bowls, beds and treats. Ceramic floor tiles downstairs, so no worries about muddy feet & paws and they are textured too, so okay for older doggies who don’t like slippy floors & they are cool too, so great for dogs who like to chill. Max 5 dogs and no charges.

We are walking distance to the pub, 3 mins drive from the beach. We have both short and longer stay options. We also have an amazing 900mb broadband, so WFH or even bring your teens!

Our first ever self catering holiday and it certainly won't be our last. Victoria Cottage, the owners and East Ruston Cottages provided everything we needed to ensure our 4 night break was stress free and super comfortable. We took two dogs along, one who is super reactive and the other recovering from being quite ill. Ideally situated in a quiet location but also close to many local amenities, country walks, beach walks, pubs and cafes. The cottage owners were so very welcoming, little gifts of homemade dog treats, fresh eggs and a super tasty Victoria Sponge were a nice touch. On hand to provide advice on dog friendly locations to visit but never intrusive.
