The Ten Bells is a fun and vibrant pub in Norwich city centre. Serving a wide range of beers, original cocktails and boasting a filthy BBQ menu – there’s something here for everyone. Food is served till 20:30 every day, and Friday through Sunday you can even grab yourself brunch!
We love dogs here, and we always keep a jar of treats behind the bar to keep even our furriest customers well looked after. No bookings required- just pop by!
We keep the music loud, the lights low and spirits high! Let’s be having you!
As per all listings on Dog Friendly Norfolk, we accept well behaved dogs.

a week agoFirst visit to this pub which is in a popular area for bars and restaurants. City centre location but close to several car parks including the St Andrews multi storey. Can't rate the food as I didn't eat but they had four different ales on with a Christmas theme and I was surprised and impressed. I liked the vibe there and the service was great for me at lunch time. I believe it is also dog friendly. Definitely recommendation for a real ale fan.

2 months agoLove this place for atmosphere and a beer or short. Attempted three cocktails last night with friends and they were absolutely dreadful. Each one tasted so bad, especially the pornstars and the old fashioned. I’ll be back because it’s a great place, but they need to either stop doing cocktails or train their staff how to make them.

a month agoI visited about a year ago and had an amazing burger, so we decided to go back recently. Unfortunately, this time, the burger bun was soggy at the bottom, which was disappointing. The bigger issue, however, is the lack of customer service. After arriving at home, I realized I’d misplaced my reading glasses. Since we don’t live in the area, I tried reaching out but couldn’t find a phone number on their website—only an email link. I emailed them, but two weeks later, no response. I then messaged them on Facebook, and still, no reply after a week. Eventually, I tracked down a phone number on Google and tried calling multiple times on different days, but no one ever answered. It’s incredibly frustrating and concerning that they’re so hard to reach. Customer service is key, and this level of inaccessibility is unacceptable, especially if something urgent arises.

a week agoLovely cocktails and a great range of beers. Tastefully decorated with a small beer garden.

a week agoCame in for a casual drink and was accused of doing cocaine on a Sunday evening. Disgusting and discriminatory. As autistic individuals this is very upsetting for us.
