The Rising Sun is a traditional riverside pub, restaurant and B&B in the Norfolk Broads. Adjacent to Coltishall Common, we are a popular destination for both locals and tourists looking for good food and a relaxing drink overlooking the delightful River Bure. With plenty of great walks on our doorstep, the Rising Sun is also an ideal venue for before or after walking your dog in the area – feel free to park in our car park whilst on your walk.
From April to September we operate on a walk-in only basis so just come along and we will happily find a table for you in our extensive dog-friendly area. Outside of these times you are welcome to book in advance – please mention that you will be bringing a dog when booking. We also allow dogs in our four deluxe bedrooms, which can be booked on our website.
Pub open from 10.00am Mon-Fri, 9.00am Sat & Sun. Food served 12pm-8pm Monday to Saturday, 12pm-7pm Sunday.
As per all listings on Dog Friendly Norfolk, we accept well behaved dogs.
