Dogs in Specific outside areas only: This is a great venue but dogs are only allowed in the two outdoor seating areas.

The Painted Barn is set in a beautifully restored 16th century barn, with it’s original glorious beams. The adjacent studio benefits from views across the gentle rolling countryside.

a month agoLovely place with great ambiance, very bougie and nice things to buy too! Food was good quality and of decent price for what you get. Staff were friendly and attentive. Toilets were clean and spacious. Lots of seating options inside and out, with noticeably comfy chairs! Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible too.

a month agoWhat a little gem! Arrived at 10am, sat outside, service was super efficient. The food is amazing, the sourdough is delicious and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I had a very strong, HOT pot of Norfolk tea - I am usually disappointed in many cafes but not here, so good. You will need to book at lunch time to guarantee a table. Suitable for wheelchairs with access. Once you've been you will want to go back.

8 months agoThis is the most wonderful experience for brunch or lunch. We called in whilst on holiday and it was so good we had to go again. Definitely try it. You will not be disappointed. Staff, owner, atmosphere, and food are first class.

4 months agoFound this place on Google maps and it was fantastic! Would recommend booking if you want to guarantee a table, we came in and we were lucky in finding a space. The people working here are amazingly friendly and service was brilliant. Sometimes you can eat out and wonder why you bothered this is not the case here! The lunch menu was interesting and the food was of the highest quality. The curry which my wife chose was one of the best she had eaten. As an added bonus the place comes complete with a shop.
