Great country in offering comfortable rooms and good menu. We stayed 3 times with our Terrier and will keep returning. Staff friendly and make humans and pooches to feel at home. Super chef who did not mind to cook a special steak for Jasper the Parson! Thank you all. Strongly recommend!

Had a night here whilst visiting the Luminate Display at Sandringham. We had a lovely room on the courtyard, nicely decorated with some additional Christmas decorations. Nice selection of coffee and tea, plus a coffee pod machine. The bed was comfortable, the room warm and a very nice bathroom with toiletries provided . Breakfast was lovely and the staff seemed very nice. We would definitely return for longer as we love this particular area of Norfolk.

Popped in for a late lunch yesterday on our way back from Holkham Christmas Market. The Fish & Chips with scraps and curry sauce was truly sublime!…. Best I have had this year, and there have been many My partner had the wild mushroom rigatoni which was also excellent she said. Two empty plates and two happy customers!

We stayed here on Saturday 22nd November and we were so disappointed. We stayed in Courtyard room 1. The room is in need for some serious updating and propper cleaning. Cob webs everywhere including a rather large spider, dirt marks on curtains and wallpaper scratched all over. The furniture has also seen better days, the place just looked scruffy. The next day and breakfast was an absolute disaster. Being greeted to be told I think we have a table! (When breakfast was part of our booking.) We got seated and our order was taken. I ordered eggs royal, well when it eventually came it was stone cold. It tasted like it had come straight out the fridge! They did offer a replacement but we had waited so long for that first plate to come we gave up and just had toast. Just when it couldn't get worse pre cubed butter placed on tables for anyone to have used before or after and resealed jam in jam jars! Come on really...... When we complained to the two girls on reception about our stay and breakfast they agreed with us about how the accommodation could do with updating and apologised about breakfast! BUT it was like talking to a brick wall. Needless to say we wont be staying here again.

We stayed this weekend, had a lovely room. Perfect for our family and dogs, our rooms were ideal for us and very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend
