Stopped at The Orange Tree for lunch. Friendly, personable staff. Table unfortunately wasn't cleaned properly after previous patron. (Sticky and smeared with some jam). Limited selection of smaller, light meals. Mains had a good selection. Quite pricey though. I wasn't very hungry, so went with a side portion of chips drizzled with truffle oil and sprinkled with Parmesaan cheese. Thoroughly enjoyed them. A few different dining areas inside, and a sunny patio outside. No views. Close to Titchwell Marshes for good birding.

So glad we managed to get a table for Sunday roast at this great dog friendly venue. An historic pub in a great location next door to the beautiful Grade I 13th century Church of All Saints (worth a visit). The roast was fantastic! And the sharing dessert was a Candy floss dream (had to get a takeaway box!) Great selection of alcohol free wine, and a doggy menu! May even make a second visit on our 1 week holiday, it was THAT good!

Hotel food, staff and cleanliness all rated excellent. Rooms clean and tidy. Recommend the food - dinner and breakfast was tasty. Staff very helpful and polite. HOWEVER, the room "Bloomer" was like grand central station. The room was on ground floor, but residents from another room above, could be heard going up and down stairs and also walking around. Avoid this room if looking for a quiet evening. The footsteps and noise was that much I think it even registered on my personal Fitbit. Avoid this room at all costs.

Some absolutely sensational food! We stayed for two nights, staff were really welcoming and helpful, especially Dan. Rooms were clean and spacious with a great in room bath, they are dog friendly too. Breakfast was freshly cooked with a variety of continental options. Restaurant has two sections, bar and restaurant. Bar is dog friendly but lacks places to just have a drink.
