2 months agoCurrently the best restaurant in Norwich. Excellent lunch today with fantastic menu, cooking and sophisticated, knowledgeable, friendly service. They are just doing every right. Cannot wait to go back. Under new owners and all new service since our last visit - greatly improved. Food was second to none -just fabulous! Wine great too and thoughtfully matched to our dishes. Thank you!

9 months agoWe had a simply delightful dinner at The Last today. From the moment we stepped through the door, the service was absolutely impeccable - the staff were friendly, attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our entire meal. The food was equally impressive. We started with a delicious twice baked cheese soufflé, which was beautifully light and full of flavor. For mains, the fillet of beef was both exquisitely prepared and presented. The beef was cooked to perfection! To finish, the blood orange and buttermilk pudding was a refreshing and indulgent end to the meal. The overall dining environment at The Last was excellent as well. The restaurant has a lovely, intimate atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and comfortable. We will definitely be returning!

5 months agoWe had the most fantastic Sunday lunch at the Last Wine Bar and Restaurant. The food was stunning, the staff were lovely and the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant itself all get top marks. It was so good we booked again before we left. Highly recommended!

8 months agoVery Happy that The Last is back! We just had amazing food and excellent service and atmosphere. Scallops and venison starter followed by fillet of beef shin pie and halibut main, best food we’ve eaten at The Last. We will be back with our friends too .

a month agoAbsolutely fantastic meal. I have had THE BEST EVENING. The service was amazing and food awesome. I had the Halibut, which was cooked to perfection 👌 my partner had the steak. Both meals were to die for. The wine was recommended and wonderful. I can not wait to visit again. Steve, our waiter deserves a special shout out for being incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. I'll be back though to try the cocktails. Xx
