A family run pub situated on the beautiful Norfolk Broads in Ludham.
Our restaurant serves fantastic food all year round, with food & bar snacks available in the main bar area. And of course our famous carvery is available.
We love dogs. You can bring your dog along to the Kings Arms. Dogs are welcome in the bar and garden but not the main restaurant.
As per all listings on Dog Friendly Norfolk, we accept well behaved dogs.

5 months agoThis has to be one of the best pubs in the area, I have been on 2 boating holidays recently on the broads & visited the Kings Arms 4 times. Staff are friendly (I seem to keep catching Heather on her shift 5 stars for her) the happy atmosphere is noticeable by the way all customers (both local & holiday makers) all seem to be chatty & friendly. Dogs are made welcome. All areas are clean Bar, Restaurant, garden & toilets (I never went in the ladies) Very busy on food & I never heard 1 complaint just praise for it. See you next time I'm up from the New Forest. (so be warned lol)

in the last weekAbsolutely brilliant pub ~ me and my partner are on the broads for a week, and last night came to this pub. As soon as we walked through the door was greeted with a really friendly man behind the bar ( guessing he may of been the land lord ) top guy really welcoming and funny. The pub was extremely clean and all the customers were friendly too. We had our dog and was offered a doggy menu which was brilliant so while we had our meal our dog was brought out a meal too, which we choose chicken and rice for him it was brilliant, fresh chicken cooked food, it was massive too. We have Fajitas, I had the veggie option and my partner had the chicken option, Both were really good and it was very filling. The prices of food and drinks are fantastic. The lady that brought our food and came back to our table was really lovely. We come on the broads at least once or twice a year and this year was so happy to have got a mooring here this year due to the experience at this pub ~ We will most certainly be back as our dog requests it haha. See you soon

a week agoWe've just got back from having a Sunday carvery at the Kings Arms. We have never had such a comprehensive carvery! You have a choice of literally everything you could possibly want! The quality is excellent and at a reasonable price. We couldn't manage a dessert, but they look superb too! Highly recommended.

2 weeks agoHad the Wednesday night carvery and I can honestly say its the best I've ever had!. Choice of beef, turkey, pork, lamb & gammon. The veg was done to perfection and was a great selection and they even had dauphinoise potatoes. Highly recommend. Will definitely be going again

2 months agoAbsolutely wonderful village pub. I had the 16oz rump steak, medium rare. It was absolutely lovely. Juicy, soft steak and brilliantly fluffy chips in a decent portion! The caramel apple pie for dessert (I had with cream) was a generous portion and absolutely delicious, very sweet but not overwhelming. The staff warned us of a wait for our food as it was very busy, but the wait wasn't really that long in my opinion, and the food was well worth it. In fact, the staff were brilliant, especially considering how busy things were. It is also worth noting the dog menu. Our dog really enjoyed the doggy roast dinner, and polished off the lot so it must have been good! A lovely pub atmosphere with good food and service. A lovely evening all round. I can easily recommend this pub!
