A traditional pub in an extensive park near to Cromer. Views for miles from the beer garden which looks out onto the park and it’s common you can see deer from the estate grazing.

a week agoStunning location on the edge of a deer park! Had a lovely walk before eating looking at the local deer and beautiful surroundings. Food was cooked on the open fire, lots of side rooms which are dog friendly! The beef rib was incredible & cooked to perfection! You can also sit outside and there is a separate bar menu to try! Would highly recommend and booking essential!

a week agoI had a lovely birthday lunch here. The food was very good and the service was excellent due to a lovely lady called Lynne. She had that rare skill of being professional but fun with a great relaxed manner. We were just sorry that her shift finished before we did! Amazing surroundings, set in parkland with the most brilliantly eclectic art collection I have ever seen. We are certainly returning sometime soon. Thank you Gunton Arms you made my day.

a month agoThe setting is just gorgeous - relaxing, great decor and relaxed. The service was so good - great staff, personable and good sense of humour. And the food!! The menu is just such a good mix from small bites to the most delicious fish and open fire cooked meats. Just perfect 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

a week agoOne of the most incredible meals we've had. Had the most attentive server lou, who went above and beyond, I had such a special birthday meal and the food was delicious! Reasonably priced, excellent value actually. Gorgeous selection of wines, the menu was fast and the specials were excellent. We can't wait to come back! If you're visiting Norfolk, or a local looking to try somewhere new, the gunton arms does not disappoint. 10/10

2 weeks agoRoom was OK, bit over priced. Location/view was lovely. Dining was bad way over priced for what you get, lighting is so bad can hardly see your food or menu, had sharing stake was fatty so don't get it when I said wasn't keen the rude bar manager came over and I am surprised for a place trying to get customers paying top money even employed someone like that. Also if you drink wine only buy by the bottle because they pour wine back into the bottles and the end of the night
