5 months agoGreat location for a bite to eat whilst exploring Sheringham and dog friendly too! My husband and I both had the battered fish baguette with fries and two pints of Old Mount Cider. The service was good and the food was delicious.

4 months agoThat was the worst breakfast I've ever paid for. On complaining about the bacon, which was tiny and frazzled, it was explained that it was AMERICAN style!! They did bring me out 3 extra prices, which were burnt, the roast was pale and crispy (stale) the tomatoes were not even flash panned, the sausages were overcooked and shrivelled, the eggs overcooked, all items were cheap cheap and overall it was cold. Also the couple say next to me returned there fish and chips because it was cold. The place was NOT busy at all.

11 months agoNice to see this pub being refurbished since we last visited. More modern vibe inside..friendly service and pretty good pub grub. The fish finger sub roll was a bit stale I'm told but the nachos and prawn tempura were OK. Lots of families and dogs, so expect a fair amount of noise. It was nice and warm and the ladies was very clean.

3 weeks agoNice enough, especially the seats outside which have a great view of the sea. Can get mad busy accordingly. Also wish had more hot drink choices such as more teas and decaf coffee.
