2 weeks agoI would recommend the vegan hash. I would have liked to take a vegan cake home, but that wasn’t an option. Plenty of alternative milk options. Food arrived quickly.

a month agoWhat a disappointing visit, I have fond memories of this cafe from years ago but now a different story. I arrived to eat between 1 and 2 so not a busy time for orders as the 3 or 4 tables in use were mainly already eating. After hovering at the counter for a while I had to ask for a menu. I ordered a Portuguese hash which advertised a range of vegetables including spinach and tomatoes neither of which could I find or the parmesan and the squash had been diced so small it was impossible to taste. Surprisingly the most prolific ingredient was chorizo and the only flavour besides the lake of oil in the bottom of the dish. It was unpleasant and I left most of it. The two staff members were more interested in talking to each other than paying attention to the customers and I found the man particularly rude.
