Stayed with my mum, sister and dog. One double and two single beds were perfect for us. Room was huge and more than enough space for a short staycation. Location is perfect, a few mins walk in to the beautiful town and literally across the road from the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing too! We were all thrilled, thank you 😊

Large room with a great view. Breakfast excellent, eggs were so fresh far superior to supermarket ones. Gluten free toast and decaf tea available!! Can be a little noisy in the night when other guests bang doors. Very convenient location, 5 minutes easy walk from the station and 2 minutes up the road for the coast hopper bus. Few minutes walk into town, so not necessary to have the car.

Stayed here for 3 night excellent service, well priced, a good sized room and lovely shower All staff were very friendly, like a home from home. wifi is available in public area however we manage to pick it up in our room breakfast £6 pp,per day what a bargain, all freshly cooked to an excellent standard, quality of the food was excellent. we had yoghurt an fruit salad followed by the healthy breakfast , with coffee and toast. Dog friendly and they charge £6 per day ( you can walk your dog down the beach to the left by lifeguard station off lead in summer, its about half mile away) Parking there is some parking on site , but we found other free parking easily and this was in peak season SOOOO near to the sea about 50 yards and then 200 down the hill unless you jump off the cliff you can get there faster!

Wonderful 3 Star hotel very clean it looks like it’s recently completely been renovated to a high standard. The owner Hugh Garnish, very friendly the rest of the staff also very friendly, we had a room (room 9) looking out over the sea very nice supper clean, nice bed, sheets nice clean bathroom (no fridge even though there was a empty space for the fridge) just small things that needed a little more attention( I assume the cleaner does not report these little issues to the owner) loos toilet seat, missing soap on the bathroom was basin, one light bulb did not work, bathroom ventilation fan did not work (looked brand new as well) small things but the best of all was the very nice clean superbly decorated hotel top to bottom, and last but not least the absolutely amazing first class (5 stars) breakfast. The selection in my opinion is 100% spot on catering for everyone’s choice, it’s all service no buffet, the quality of the breakfast, all produce from local farms, fruits creamy Greek yogurt’s the best breakfast we have had for a long time, all prepared fresh to order nothing pre cooked. SUMNARY Would WE stay in this hotel again absolutely YES. WE highly recommend this privately owned 3 star ( boarding on 4 star) hotel A BIG YES
