We absolutely love dogs staying at Blakeney House. Being set in such a beautiful part of Norfolk that’s perfect for dog walks, it’s the perfect place for a night away, long weekend or even a full week’s staycation with you four-legged friends.
Our ground floor rooms (rooms 9 & 10) are fully dog friendly with private courtyards and each room can accommodate one dog for a small additional charge. When it comes to the rest of the hotel, our bar, lounge, conservatory and large secret garden are all dog friendly and we offer everything from mid-afternoon coffee and cake in the garden and lounge, to hand-crafted cocktails. When it comes to food, you’re in for a treat – our Head Chef is 2 AA Rosette Rated and Raymond Blanc-trained and serves a 5-course tasting menu on evenings Monday to Saturday and we serve Sunday Roasts 1pm- 7pm on Sundays. The conservatory and lounge are dog friendly and the perfect space to enjoy your foodie adventure.
Restaurant and dogs notice: Our main restaurant is not dog friendly but we serve the same menu in the conservatory and lounge.

a month agoStayed for 2 nights while we checked out the North Norfold coastline. The rooms were great and the owners were fantastically helpful. Good bar with a range of pale ales, which was great. Dinner looked good, although we did eat out each night, everyone was saying it was amazing. Breakfast was amazing though - you selected want you wanted the day before and it appeared - high quality ingredients used! They can also charge electric cars - at about 5kW and 50p per kWh. It certainly helped us stop worring about range while we were there. Would vsist again!

3 months agoHad a great Sunday at BH. Live music in the gardens in the afternoon, followed by a superb Sunday lunch. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and great food & drink. Go if you're in the area.

6 months agoLovey boutique hotel in a lovely little village. They have Guinness on draught, coffee machines in the room and the food and service is really good. The staff are great and it’s dog friendly too. Superb.

9 months agoAbsolutely outstanding from start to finish. We stayed for our 22nd wedding anniversary, from the moment we arrived we felt at home. Lovely staff and a beautiful room, a super comfy bed and lovely and quiet, so we slept really well. The food was just exceptional, we loved the tasting menu and every single course was a winner, highly recommend this place. Great wine, great breakfast and great location too, loved the walk to Cley beach and back. All round winner. Thank you, we couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate.
