We had the pleasure of staying at Blakeney House in October 2023. What a marvellous place. Paul is a super, attentive host. Our room was more than fine, but what really made the stay memorable for us, was all the small touches, which all add up. Some wickedly excellent cocktails, handmade by Paul, hearty breakfasts (with pretty much all you could wish for on the menu), and friendly staff. We also had the five course tasting menu, which I also heartedly recommend, and was by quite a way, the best meal we had in Blakeney. The quay is an easy stroll down the hill, and while the weather was a little damp for us to enjoy the garden, it looks like Blakeney House would be a great choice in the summer months, with evenings sat out in the garden, enjoying one of those cocktails.

Booked in for Sunday roast and we were utterly delighted. My husband had the roast and it was excellent, very tasty and by far above your average roast. The carrot risotto was also delicious. We would highly recommend this place! A gorgeous setting and a wonderful host.

A really comfortable and welcoming boutique hotel, that I wouldn't hesitate to recommended Our room (1) was a brilliant size and so well fitted out. Breakfast was delicious and we ate dinner in the hotel one evening which was excellent, a really memorable meal.

Stayed for 2 nights while we checked out the North Norfold coastline. The rooms were great and the owners were fantastically helpful. Good bar with a range of pale ales, which was great. Dinner looked good, although we did eat out each night, everyone was saying it was amazing. Breakfast was amazing though - you selected want you wanted the day before and it appeared - high quality ingredients used! They can also charge electric cars - at about 5kW and 50p per kWh. It certainly helped us stop worring about range while we were there. Would vsist again!

I had a gorgeous meal at Blakeney House. The service was very welcoming and the food was sensational. I thought the tasting menu was incredibly good value. The cooking was spot on, really powerful flavours and all dishes packed a real punch. My highlight dishes were a very well-cured salmon dish and the main beef fillet. Full marks to the Chef as the fish and meat were beautifully presented and packed a real punch. We had a delightful bottle of Ferrarton Père et Fils Châteauneuf-du-Pape Le Parvis 2019. An absolute steal at the price. I cannot recommend Blakeney House highly enough if you enjoy powerful flavours generated from unpretentious cooking and fantastic local produce.
