We have four cottages on within the grounds of Church Farm.
– The Forge: Sleeps 2 and 2 dogs
– Oak Cottage: Sleeps 4 and 4 dogs
– Lighthouse Cottage: Sleeps 4 and 4 dogs
– Church Fields Cottage: Sleeps 5+1 and 4 dogs
Our cottages are pretty, traditionally built cottages, set within the grounds of Church Farm, finished to an extremely high standard, well equipped and best of all? Dog Friendly.
We provide a true home from home experience, with all the luxuries, like 400TC Egyptian cotton bedding, comfy leather sofas, Smart TV’s and more. Set on the outskirts of Happisburgh we are an ideal location to explore all Norfolk has to offer. Dogs are allowed everywhere within our cottages (and out), with access to a large enclosed dog field and outdoor heated dog shower. We love having dogs stay here at Oak Tree Cottages and even provide them with their own welcome hamper to help them feel at home; with dog towels, throws, bowls, treats and much more.
If you, like us, let your dog sleep in bed with you? Not a problem, we just ask that you bring your own linen. Want your dogs on the sofa? Not a problem, our throws will be on the sofa’s ready for their arrival. We know that coming to a strange and unfamiliar place can be a little unsettling, so we therefore ask that dogs are not to be left alone in our cottages, but don’t worry, if you do fancy a few hours out, without your pooch we do have dog sitters on hand that need to be pre-booked.

a week agoJust returned from a fantastic break at Oak Tree Cottages. Top quality accommodation for both people and pooches, great communication and help from Oak Tree owners and ideally located for beach and wood walks. Looking forward to going back in the summer ( and pretty sure we will keep going back )

6 months agoWe would just like to say a big thank you. We had a lovely week staying in The Forge. It had everything we needed and was well equipped for our stay inc goodies for us & our two beagle's. With an enclosed garden which was lovely and modern and plenty room for us humans too. With lots of lovely walks on our doorstep (Bacton Beach & Woods, Sea Palling, Walcott, Cart Gap & Happisburgh) Great value as well could not find fault, it was handy to have our food shop delivered as we tend to cook . Kitchen had everything we needed. Bonus side there is a private paddock for our beagle's to run around or play with toys available and shower if they get muddy.

9 months agoAbsolutely fabulous accommodation on offer. Super attention to detail and incredibly pet friendly. The enclosed dog field is such a super idea and so handy. Local area is marvellous and the cottages are a great base for Norfolk coast and Broads alike. Lauren and her team provide a super standard of accomodation, facilities, welcome pack (human and doggy alike) and attention to detail. No hesitation in recommending.
