We have four cottages on within the grounds of Church Farm.
– The Forge: Sleeps 2 and 2 dogs
– Oak Cottage: Sleeps 4 and 4 dogs
– Lighthouse Cottage: Sleeps 4 and 4 dogs
– Church Fields Cottage: Sleeps 5+1 and 4 dogs
Our cottages are pretty, traditionally built cottages, set within the grounds of Church Farm, finished to an extremely high standard, well equipped and best of all? Dog Friendly.
We provide a true home from home experience, with all the luxuries, like 400TC Egyptian cotton bedding, comfy leather sofas, Smart TV’s and more. Set on the outskirts of Happisburgh we are an ideal location to explore all Norfolk has to offer. Dogs are allowed everywhere within our cottages (and out), with access to a large enclosed dog field and outdoor heated dog shower. We love having dogs stay here at Oak Tree Cottages and even provide them with their own welcome hamper to help them feel at home; with dog towels, throws, bowls, treats and much more.
If you, like us, let your dog sleep in bed with you? Not a problem, we just ask that you bring your own linen. Want your dogs on the sofa? Not a problem, our throws will be on the sofa’s ready for their arrival. We know that coming to a strange and unfamiliar place can be a little unsettling, so we therefore ask that dogs are not to be left alone in our cottages, but don’t worry, if you do fancy a few hours out, without your pooch we do have dog sitters on hand that need to be pre-booked.

3 weeks agoWe had a great week at Oak Tree Cottages. Everything in the cottage you could need for humans and their dogs. Owners so friendly. Alfie loved the secure field to play in while waiting for the tide to go out at the beach. We are going back for Christmas - think that may say it all !

2 weeks agoBest holiday let in the 30+ years we’ve been holidaying in the UK. Oak Tree Cottages and in particular Lighthouse Cottage is in a beautiful setting. The facilities are second to none. The owners have literally thought of everything to make your stay perfect. Immaculately presented, with everything you could possibly need and more! Great touches like a dog hamper left for your own dog to enjoy, containing treats, bed, bowls, toys, poo bags, towels and a neat little tag with your accommodation address and phone numbers on should the unthinkable happen and your dog runs away. Great secure dog field to exercise your dog before deciding where to go for the day and a little lawned area for those final pre bedtime wees! The humans are well looked after too with a welcome pack that contains everything to get you started on your holiday like bacon, egg, butter, milk, orange juice, cookies and more. The area is stunning with some great places to visit. Happisburgh beach and lighthouse just a mile and a half away, seals can be seen at Horsey Beach, The Old Vicarage Gardens are a must as is a trip to Cromer and Sheringham. The attention to detail is absolutely superb. The owners are there for you if you need anything but don’t interfere and respect your privacy. 2 months agoWhat a beautiful thought out cottage. It had everything you could ask for. It was spotlessly clean treats left for our dog and a hamper for us. I couldn't recommend this group of cottages enough.

3 months agoJust returned from a fantastic break at Oak Tree Cottages. Top quality accommodation for both people and pooches, great communication and help from Oak Tree owners and ideally located for beach and wood walks. Looking forward to going back in the summer ( and pretty sure we will keep going back )
