4 months agoReally good atmosphere, locals, holiday makers, all breeds of dogs and good selection of beers to even placate my Yorkshire preference lol, food is good and selection of hot and cold available. Pub really does feel like a old style village pub and I'm missing it now we've come home. Good outdoor seating area with heaters and as I mentioned dogs welcome so and dog lovers can enjoy looking at the different breeds

3 months agoWhat a surprising pub, the staff are happy and welcoming which is always a good sign. The food was basic yet exceptional and the accommodation was way better than pubs and hotels in the Westcountry. This was November and if you love walking on the beach with dogs it is without doubt the place to stay. The owners have worked extremely hard to turn this into a place you would wish to visit. I imagine in the summer months it would be best to book a table.

3 months agoGreat village pub with a fantastic range of drinks and extensive food menu. Staff are really nice and dogs are allowed everywhere. The place was thriving in November so they are doing very well. Well worth a visit if you're nearby. Definitely will be back

6 months agoReally nice food, good selection of drinks and fairly priced. Staff were very friendly. Children's portions were very good size. Only bad point we could say is, no waitress service for food or drinks and bar can get very busy so a bit of a wait.

3 months agoHad a lovely stay, room comfortable and lovely food. Good choice for breakfast. Chris and his partner and all the staff really nice. Chris spoilt our dog rotten with dog treats and sausages for her breakfast. Very dog friendly. Lovely walks over the dunes and added bonus seals on the beach. What overall great place to stay for a break
