I have enjoyed both coffee and dinner here and I have to say it’s an amazing place to go! Iv been telling all my family and friends well anyone who will listen! The coffee is the best in Norwich and the pizza is outstanding! Authentic and truly very tasty! Every staff member iv come into contact with has been polite, welcoming and always with a smile on their faces. Nothing is too much they go above and beyond for customer experience and service! It really is a must visit when in Norwich!

The people that work here often seem very cold and unfriendly, even though I come in here often as I live close. As someone who also works at a cafe, I'm always keeping positive, smiling, saying hi to customers, etc etc and the same energy just doesnt seem present here. I have no doubt they are kind to some people but I just get such moody and negative vibes from the staff here, like they all just had an argument at the back or something. Also the baked goods are very hit and miss, some of them - like the caramel shortbread - are just bad! It's better to do less things but make them better quality, it feels like this cafe tries to do too much. Additionally, one member of staff was quite rude to me when asking me to move. I'm more than happy to move to a smaller table when it's busy, the the way he went about asking me felt very rude and aggressive. It's such a good location but it's just a shame about the staff.

My favourite place in NR2. Very lovely staff and great service. I often get a tasty panini on my lunch break. Plus the cakes are always delicious and super fresh !

Lovely little cafe with lots of panini options, breakfasts and sweet options (definitely want to come back to try their sticky buns). I had a olive, pesto and mozzarella panini which was delicious and well toasted (not just half bread like some cafe would toast them). Reasonably priced and friendly staff and great atmosphere.
