a month agomy partner and i recently moved to the area and found this little gem around the corner from us and we cannot sing their praises highly enough. tucked away in a bustling square, it’s a gorgeous homely coffee shop by day and cosy diner thursday - saturday by night (their pizza is OUT OF THIS WORLD!) filled with an overwhelming selection of baked goods, sandwiches, snacks and hot / cold drinks selection, there is something here for absolutely everyone. i’m shocked as a vegan in norwich for the last 5 years i haven’t heard of this place, because there are (on average daily, totally haven’t counted ) 13 vegan freshly baked sweet treats, 2 vegan paninis, and 2 freshly baked savoury pieces of which i love ALL OF THEM!!! my partner is veggie and isn’t usually a fan of vegan cakes but he loves all of them (i type as he’s devouring a vegan orange rocky road🍊🍫). i am an addict of pumpkin spice lattes and an utter coffee snob, and their coffee is 10/10 every single time. to top it all off, the entire team is made of beautiful, welcoming, friendly, chatty individuals who we are growing to love popping in to talk to with our daily treats. overall, we are so happy to have found this haven and will be spending every day here 🎃☕️

a year agoAbove disappointing, from stacking food on the floor in the kitchen to the customer service while ordering, to the presentation of the food, to the bland taste of the food. Honestly shocked, the coffee tasted cheap like it was made from an instant coffee machine rather than a barista. The chocolate on my cappuccino wasn't even dark chocolate power. The customer service was so poor that the lady serving us simply put the order on the table. We were never told or asked if we wanted the sausages roll heated, it simply came to us exactly how you see it in the picture. There is no offer of any condiments for the table. It seems to be busy, but it's all about the taste, especially when you eat out. When I eat out, I expect it far better.
