At Dunes cafe (Waxham Barn) we invite our furry friends inside and out! Outside we also provide dog parking (fixed lead hooks) inside we ask for no dog beds, blankets or anything to be laid down for your dog (sorry health and safety precaution) dog water bowls and water are provided and we sell homemade dog treats ‘pooches’ in a number of flavours along with vanilla dog ice cream, you can also order your dog a sausage at our counter!
We have free parking for all customers and we are only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Gluten free, vegetarian and alternative milk options are available.

- Sandwich and baguettes 9-3
- Lunchtime specials menu 11.30-3
- Serving hot and cold drinks, alcohol, cakes and sausage rolls until close

5 months agoAbsolutely lovely café! Delicious homemade cakes and good coffee, really friendly staff and fairly reasonable prices! Great menu available too although only cook from 9-3 but lots of other stuff available until 5pm! Bit out of the way but ideal if near the beach! Definitely worth a visit!!

6 months agoVery nice place we had a late breakfast at. Full English, really yummy! Staff are friendly and service is great. Huge selection of desserts too! Plenty of seating inside and outside, generous parking available. Will definitely come back for more!

a year agoLovely inside space for tea and cake, sandwhichs or a bit meal. Decorates with pretty lights and a good ambience as we entered. They also have a selection of local cards for sale. Take some cash with you as the Wi-Fi is spotty and sometimes their card machine does not work. Also ventilation could do with some work, someone burnt some bacon in the kitchen and the smoke slowly filled the whole barn..

8 months agoReally lovely location, nice outside courtyard and gravel entrance, bike stands welcoming cyclists and nice waitresses and staff inside. Nice selection of cakes, the only downer is the coffee isn't up to par - it's one of those push a button and out it comes situations, if they improve the coffee this place would be tops!

3 months agoExcellent choice of food. Really friendly and helpful staff on a busy Sunday afternoon. Fish pie was the best I’ve had. (And I’ve had a lot) reasonably priced for the quality of food.
