3 months agoSublime tea room. One of the best ever teatime experiences I've ever had - scones were off the scale good. Lovely decor and ambiance - do yourself a favour and go for High Tea or just divine tea and cake

3 weeks agoWe were visiting Kings lynn as a stop off on our way home. We went to the museums and then we needed a cuppa and a snack before we set off home. Found this slightly hidden from view as you walked by the river. Very welcoming, friendly staff. Menu not extensive but there's something on to suit all tastes. We chose cheese scone with chili jam, wow ,very tasty. Leaf tea in silver teapots and China cups!Staff are amazing, very very friendly and helpful. Would recommend calling in, you won't be disappointed.

11 months agoThe restaurant was quiet the day we went because the weather was appalling. The ladies were really welcoming and really didn’t rush us. We had a delay in a member of our party arriving and they were really patient. The food was delicious. It was more pricier than other places I have been to for afternoon tea but as it was for a belated 50th birthday treat we splurged that little bit more.

a year agoSuch a wonderful find, a traditional tea rooms so rare to find these days, in the heart of Kings Lynn. Family run, very welcoming and such a lovely Tea Room fitted out perfectly. Has a beautiful charm, very much what you would have seen in Upstairs downstairs or in To the Manor Born. You should be very proud of what you have accomplished here. Very tasty homemade cakes and traditional English Breakfast Tea. Although a huge choice of others like Coffee and Latte. Thank you. I can highly recommend it here!

3 weeks agoWe had such a good experience that we returned a few days later! On a visit to Hunstanton on our way to Norfolk last week we came across Cobbles. Our needs were not simple! I’m gluten and milk free, and we had our dog with us. The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating!
