Cobbles is a traditional tea room situated upstairs in the beautiful historic Hanse House. We serve homemade cakes, scones and sandwiches and specialise in Afternoon Teas, both savoury and sweet. Although it isn’t necessary to book, to avoid disappointment you can reserve a table by calling 01553 277 546.
We welcome all dogs with a tasty chew, a bowl of water and a big fuss!
Opening days/hours: Monday to Saturday 10:30-4:30 but for bank holiday, Easter and Christmas opening hours please find us on Facebook.
Parking Available via pay and display on the Quay.
As per all listings on Dog Friendly Norfolk, we accept well behaved dogs.

3 weeks agoI loved my afternoon snacks at Cobbles. Super service. Great range of teas - not often you see Tippy Assam on a menu - and finger sandwiches to die for. The egg mayo was 14/10. Super cakes too. Probably a good thing i live in Yorkshire to be honest.

a year agoTraditional tea and cake. Excellent tea. Excellent cake. Good value for the money spent. Slightly let down by the service - some other people walked in 5 minutes after us but their order was taken before us. The menu is very limited so it doesn't take 5 minutes to decide. Lovely atmosphere, done up for Christmas.

6 months agoAn absolutely delightful historical quaint atmospheric Tea Rooms. The Cobbles Tea Room in Kins Lynn is really worth a visit if you are ever in the area. The staff are very pleasant & happy to chat demands allowing. Service was excellent. There is a good range of loose tea coffees & the cakes look fabulous. My sister in law & I stumbled across them by way of a happy accident & very pleased that we did. It was one of the best cream teas that we’ve had & if we are ever that way again we will definitely pop back. Well done Cobbles Tea Room & staff

8 months agoAbsolutely lovely little place full of character! Very friendly and polite staff! Delicious cream tea and freshly made sandwiches and cakes :D All adults had a Traditional Cobbles Classic High Tea and little one had The Pebbles Tea. Really nice selection! Would definitely come back! Recommend booking as can get busy.

2 weeks agoBeautiful tea room with the most delicious cakes. Friendly service, would highly recommend. Not sure if there is a lift but there are several stairs to get up to the tea room.
