Here at the Cliff Top Cafe in Overstrand we love our 4 legged friends visiting and they’re just as important as the owners so they’ll always get warm welcome and a doggy treat.
The Clifftop Cafe is perfectly situated overlooking the sea at Overstrand. This then also makes it a perfect place to stop off after a long walk with your dog.
The cafe serves breakfasts, lunches, afternoon tea & cakes while also having treats you can purchase for your dog too.
As per all listings on Dog Friendly Norfolk, we accept well behaved dogs.

3 months ago30 October 2025 - we have been here for breakfast before, but not for a number of years. We paid £35:05 for two traditional Norfolk breakfasts, 2 americano coffees and an extra toast. I have added the breakfast menu that was current when we went. The breakfast was very good, hot and freshly cooked. The service was ok, not 5 stars ok though it was quite busy but not packed. Was it expensive? £12:95 for a good breakfast isn't expensive but £3:95 for a coffee is, I think.

a month agoTook shelter from the snow and had a lovely cuppa smashing little cafe with very friendly staff and if we hadn't had such a big breakfast we would've eaten. The menu looked very good. Next time

2 months agoSuch a great little café with the most perfect view onto the North Sea. Lovely, friendly staff and a good choice of breakfast. Really enjoyed my time there this morning, made all the better with their cosy Christmas decorations.

5 months agoCame on Monday morning, people there but not too busy, all the staff were friendly, great for dogs, we sat outside as weather was perfect, food was great, will definitely come back again if in the area

a year agoCame here on a cold, stormy day and received a lovely warm welcome. Cafe is clean and warm. Staff are lovely. Food was fantastic, really big choice, quality produce, good portions and well cooked. In the breakfast the bacon was thick cut, the sausage was meaty and the egg was fresh - perfection! Very dog friendly, I'm not into dogs but that wasn't a problem.
