a month agoWhat a find in a country lane surrounded by farm lands. Excellent service and a good food menu which is different enough to make it an interesting taste change using locally grown produce, meats, beers, wines and coffee. We tried the full English And a festive special of Brusseln sprouts, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce. Extremely welcoming ang very dog friendly with sufficient parking outside with a ramp inside for access. A must try if in the area or a local.

a year agoWe love Glaven Bistro. Carron is super lovely, she always takes the time to check on everyone. For me, Glaven Bistro takes the lead for vegan breakfasts in North Norfolk, the flavours and textures are wonderful. The coffee is also lovely - my go to is the oat milk latte. As die hard breakfast goers, we thought we'd try the Sunday roast this week, and it did not disappoint. A beautiful roast dinner, both vegan and non vegan options are available and as always, the food was freshly prepared and the flavours were wonderful. My partner specifically remarked on how much he enjoyed the salmon and prawn starter. As always, the meal was fairly priced and delicious, oh and the dessert options are fabulous, too.

6 months agoHad a lovely celebration afternoon tea here, a little bit different from local hotels. You need to book in advance, and the service is friendly. Started with the offer or bubbles- elderflower on offer. Vegetarians well catered for too. Hearty sandwiches with delicious fillings, lovely scones and cakes and a very tasty plum Eton mess. Thoroughly recommend as you can potter round the craft centre and the quirky shell museum as well

9 months agoWe always go to The Glaven when we are in Blakeney, usually for breakfast but have also had Sunday lunch a couple of times. The food, atmosphere and warm welcome from Carron and James makes our visit. Would highly recommend!
