Henry’s is a friendly coffee shop & kitchen on the edge of Cromer town center. We are dog friendly and once been.. doggies will want to return!
Luna the baby pug won’t go out for a ‘wee’ unless her human mumma says they are going to Henry’s… as she wants fuss and kisses.. and Bez Kangel’s owner can’t walk past the shop when we are closed as Bez wants to go in for some fuss and treats..
We serve really good barista coffee hand roasted in Cromer to our very own recipe, our hot chocolate is the best in town (so we are told) and our tea comes from the Norfolk Tea Company.
We bake all our own cakes and pastries including our very popular cheesy cheese & fruit scones. Also on offer our fully filled bloomer sandwiches, oozing paninis, soups, salads and quality traditional afternoon teas plus all day breakfasts including vegan.
We have a large vegan and gluten free menu too… and our gluten free scones are seriously the best!
Dogs are welcome anywhere in the main coffee shop on the hard floor area (approx 28 human seats) but we tend to keep our snug dog free except for guide dogs.
If you have a special event or you’re on holiday nearby, we also offer holiday home, party and wedding delivery and catering. We offer great coffee, leaf teas, breakfasts, lunchtime specials and afternoon tea, cakes, scones, toasties.
As per all listings on Dog Friendly Norfolk, we accept well behaved dogs.

7 months agoVery pleasant. The toasted Tuna sandwich was excellent. Crisp on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. The coffee was a little weak and therefore not a great deal of flavour but was ok. Well worth a visit.

11 months agoSuch lovely ladies served us. I had breakfast dressed crab, cream cheese and home made chilli jam with toast. The combination was a delicious taste sensation.

7 months agoWhat a great cafe! A well deserved 5 star. We were all greeted with a warm welcome and the menu was explained to us. We had a mixture of lunch, cream teas and a breakfast. (Breakfast finished at 12 noon however, they very kindly cooked my husband a full breakfast). The food was excellent. Locally sourced sausages and bread too. I had a gluten free panni and a fruit scone. Baked to perfection! It didn't fall apart when I cut into it. I was so pleased to hear that they bake all of their gluten free cakes and scones, first thing on a Sunday after they have cleaned all of the kitchen down the night before. As I have coeliac this was very impressive as this avoids cross contamination. The cheese scones were amazing too. The kids enjoyed their lunch as well. Would highly recommend and if I visited on holiday again I would definitely return. Thank you!

7 months agoHad scone and my husband a bacon and sausage sandwich. It was just amazing. He had a pot of English tea. He couldn't stop tell me how good was. The coffee is spot on. Not burning, not cold. The kind of you want to drink all, but feel said because it finished. Could give more stars than 5.
