3 months agoWe booked for Dinner for 5 of us on a Saturday night for my step daughter’s 23rd birthday. We all had starters and mains that were all really good- I only took pics of my food but the burgers, chicken all looked really good. My Tagine was super tasty and really filling so was too full for dessert! We had a couple of bottles of champagne (veuve Clicquot), at £75 per bottle we felt that was reasonable in comparison to other restaurants. The service was really good, everyone was really friendly and the food came out in good time. We were given bags of sweets as we left - a really nice touch. It was the perfect place for our family dinner.

5 months agoWe had a party of 13 all with different dietary requirements (halal, vegan) and Amelias were able to cater to this on short notice. The service was great and the food delicious. The only complaint was the portions were a bit too big.

a month agoHad dinner with a friend at Amelia's tonight and will definitely be returning. I had the pan fried cod which was beautifully cooked and presented, my friend had Amelia's chicken which again was excellent. For dessert we had the cheesecake and the tarte tatin, no complaints at all. The food punches far higher than the prices, portions are also more generous than you would expect for this quality of food. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and service was as you'd hope. Such a shame that we were the only diners that evening, it was the first week after Christmas and restaurants are often quiet, but we were very well looked after and not made to feel they were just keeping the place open for us. Highly recommended!

3 months agoLovely service- didn’t get a check back but I appreciate they were busy. They were absolutely lovely as it was my friends b-day and they were incredibly kind about it. Thank you for a perfect experience. We will be back xx
