First visit and not the last enjoyed a pot of tea sausage roll and fruit scone with jam and cream.Friendly welcome when we arrived plenty of seating inside and out and dog friendly a little gem of a place and most importantly accessible for wheelchairs 😊
What a fabulous find….why did I not know this place existed before now!?
The owner (& his team) were so lovely. Great chats with him, the team and other customers. The pot of tea seemed to last forever. I could’ve stayed all day!
There’s plenty of gluten free, veggie and vegan options. And even treats for your 4 legged friends too
Couldn’t recommend this place any higher if I tried.
Be back again soon!
Really disappointed.
We live locally so thought we'd give this place a try for breakfast.
We visited on the 11th and were told they ran out of what seemed liked almost everything associated with your typical cafe related breakfast food. Plus they didn't seem to have any vegetarian breakfast available on that day!?
My partner ordered a tuna bap. The bread was soggy, the side salad was turning brown and what I assume they thought would be a compliment to the dish was a small handfull of crushed up crisps. Not best pleased at all. - To add we waited 10 mins for a coffee, there was no one else for them to serve, but one employee was on her mobile and the other couldn't use the coffee machine.
In terms of price. You could get better value for money elsewhere. All in all we ordered, a tuna bap, 2 coffees and a chocolate flapjack (convinced store bought) Totally £18
We won't be going again..
Being coeliac I am often a little wary about trying the GF option. Well what a surprise there was no issue with me gluten free offering rolls, bread and cakes. The owner was attentive and kind. There was even cuddles and treats for our dog. Thank you. It’s so great to have new business in the area.
